A B O U T

Myself Uruexyi, am a 21 year old Indonesian half Australian novice manga & webcomic artist, writer and creator. Having growing up surrounded by my mum painting and my brother and sister making music I found myself naturally going into the creatives. Especially growing up watching Studio Ghibli anime films and the occasional Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokemon, Naruto, Sailor Moon and many other anime on tv.

What got me into manga? Easy, Karakuri Dôji Ultimo it’s original idea and concept was written by Stan Lee American comic writer & beautifully illustrated by Hiroyuki Takei. My first manga, in which is very special to me of course it sparked my interest in manga which I now love reading.

I’m in my early stages of my career and for the past 4 months I’ve been publishing a horror manga, Tell Me My Name on Webtoon Canvas. Since my beginning of creating manga traditionally and digitally I feel like I’m finally on the right path. It may be a thorny one but heavens knows what will happen.
